Elle & East Luxe Policies

These terms are here to protect both you (the client) and Elle & East Luxe (the business). By purchasing any service or product from Elle & East Luxe, you agree to the policies outlined below. Please review before booking or reaching out for a project.

Payments + Pricing

All prices are subject to change at any time and become effective immediately once updated on the site. If we’ve already locked in a rate for your project, that price will remain in effect until your project is complete.

• For orders $499 and under, full payment is required upfront.

• For orders $500 and up, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required before any work begins.

• Invoices must be paid within 24 hours to secure your slot.

• Remaining balances are due within 24 hours after final approval of your design. No files or products will be released until your balance is paid in full.

All payments are processed securely via Square using debit or credit card. Additional fee payments can also be made through the secure payment link in the site footer.

Refunds + Cancellations

Elle & East Luxe does not offer refunds once payment has been made. Buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or choosing a different service provider is not a valid reason for a refund.

• All sales are final.

• Please allow adequate time for your project to be completed — delays may occur due to revision requests, busy seasons, or previous client orders.

• Elle & East Luxe is a one-woman business, so I appreciate your patience during peak times.

If you choose to cancel a project that has already been started or completed in part, no refunds will be issued. Any unpaid or partially completed work remains the property of Elle & East Luxe. Final ownership transfers only after full payment has been received.

The only time a refund will be issued is if I am unable to complete your project due to an emergency or illness.

Drafts + Previews

Draft images are for review and approval only. They may not be shared, altered, or distributed to others without written consent. All drafts remain the property of Elle & East Luxe.

Revisions

Each design includes up to 3 free revisions. After that, additional revisions will be billed at $5–$50 per revision, depending on the complexity.

This policy ensures a smooth and timely process for everyone.

Design Content

It’s helpful to have a general idea or inspiration for your project. If you’d like me to freestyle, I’m happy to — just know our styles may differ, which could lead to more revision requests.

Clients are expected to submit high-quality images and text for their project. Please avoid screenshots, low-res photos, or unedited text. Double-check spelling and ensure content is copyright-free. I may lightly edit text for clarity, but I’ll always check with you first.

Timeframes

I aim to deliver all projects promptly, but timing may vary depending on the scope and current workload.

• All timelines are based on business days.

• Weekends and holidays are not included in turnaround estimates.

• During busy seasons, please allow an additional 1–3 business days.

File Delivery + Ownership

Final design files will be delivered via email. You’ll receive:

• Logos: JPG, PNG, PDF, and .AI or .PSD formats

• Other graphics: JPG or PNG (PDFs available upon request)

Core working files (PSD or AI) remain the property of Elle & East Luxe unless otherwise agreed. You’ll own the final exported versions of your purchased designs.

Trademarking or copyrighting your designs is your responsibility. By working with Elle & East Luxe, you also agree to allow the final designs to be showcased in my portfolio and for marketing purposes — unless we agree otherwise.
